A truly amazing company! Installation was amazing and when we had a personal operation issue they came back and helped us get that figured out! Andrea is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and we are so happy to have purchased from friendly fires with Andreas help!

The sales person was friendly and thorough in his overall assessment of the locations the gas fireplace could be placed as well as the location the gas line could be placed against the house. The installation went smoothly and the installers seemed to be well qualified.

My husband and I decided to change our wood burning fireplace to gas but were not sure how to go about it. We asked a friend and they recommended Friendly Fires. From start to finish it was a great experience. The salesman put us at ease right away and walked us through picking everything out. The installers were quick and professional and we were surprised at how seamless it all went. We would not hesitate to recommend Friendly Fires, we were very happy.

Commented: Mantel?The installation was in a very old home in Port Hope Ontario and we retrofitted the fireplace to fit the mantle that the customer had. The mantle is very old, and as you can see in the picture, match...
